July

July included a relaxing 4th of July weekend.  We did fireworks with the kids on the 3rd and then Jadee's parents came to visit and stay the night on the 4th, so Jadee and I could attend the Taste of Minnesota with friends in the cities.  We had a blast!!!  The kids had their annual swimming lesson week with Alli and even my niece Emma did some lessons.  She learned to love the water!  The kids enjoyed rides, cheese curds, and cotton candy at North Mankato Fun days one weekend and then a parade and lots of candy at Eagle Lake Tator Days the next weekend.  We celebrated Logan's 6th Birthday with my family at Dino's Pizzeria on July 30th.  He was thrilled to get new roller blades, a helmet, safety pads, clothes, and Legos!!!  It is now August and Jadee and I "kinda" celebrated our 9th anniversary on August 4th...with the kids eating pizza and then going for $1 icecream cones at McDonald's.  I know...super romantic, huh?  Hey, with 3 kids, dates just don't come as easy as they used to!  Besides, it was a busy day of work for Jadee and I had 2 photo sessions and lots of editing to do so we were both beat.  Maybe next weekend (yeah right)! ;) Well, enjoy the pictures!  I am including some pictures of Jace, as he has been doing many new things this summer...he is such a funny baby and keeps us laughing!!!  Note that I took the balloon pictures 5 days ago and he is STILL carrying them around...no joke!
